In order to request a refund under the 100% guarantee you must demonstrate the following:
- You setup accounts at the recommended companies
- You verified your information and had the ability to withdraw money or request gift cards
- You followed the training and wrote letters and mailed them to the correct company and address and utilized the proper formatting
